Chicago forecaster suggests list of repairs to help sell building

WGN-TV‘s morning team has responded to news with that its building is for sale in its typical irreverent way.

Morning forecaster Paul Konrad, in one of the stations “Courtesy Desk” segments, decided it would be helpful to point out some repairs that the building could benefit from. Konrad even helpfully labeled all of the fixes with signs, which ranged from “blood” on the wall to loose floor boards and a dysfunctional phone jack.

We just hope WGN-TV didn’t tip off any OSHA inspectors with revealing some of the disrepair the building is apparently in.

Our favorite? Konrad pointed to the holes in the wall purported to be from whenever anchor Larry Potash “got a rejection letter from Channel 7” and punched the wall in frustration.
