CNN, which often has to condense the text in its lower thirds to fit aired a single word tease Monday — “Outrage.”
The lower third aired during the network’s 3 p.m. eastern hour Monday, July 16, 2018, when Jake Tapper was anchoring a special hour branded under “The Lead” name and referred to response to Donald Trump’s joint news conference in Helsinki, Finland.
