NBCUniversal’s NBC, MSNBC and Telemundo are all offering previews leading up to its cross-network coverage of the first Democratic debate.
“NBC Nightly News” originated from Miami, the site of the debate, Monday, June 24, 2019, though from an outdoor location with a picturesque Miami skyline behind anchor Lester Holt.
Holt will also be one of the main moderators on both nights of the debate.
The next day, on “Today,” anchor Savannah Guthrie, who is also moderating parts of the debates, was on location inside of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts with a view of the debate stage behind her.
MSNBC, meanwhile, is running a countdown during much of its programming featuring a live view of the stage.
The network also has a live shot outside of the Arsht Center, which features an NBC News banner installed on the side of the building.
NBCUniversal owned Telemundo is also promoting its Spanish language coverage.
