Matt McLaughlin has been promoted to senior vice president of advertising sales at Fox Television Stations, with oversight of sales efforts across the group’s 29 owned stations.

The promotion, announced June 16, 2026, is effective immediately. McLaughlin will oversee local and national sales for the station group and report to Tom Fleming, executive vice president of ad sales for FTS.

“Matt is a dynamic sales leader who has consistently excelled in various roles over his long tenure at Fox,” said Fleming in a statement. “He has been instrumental in developing a multi-market, multi-screen mindset both internally and with our media partners, and is perfectly suited to bring this sales team to the next level.”a

McLaughlin is a 26-year veteran of Fox Television Stations. He most recently was vice president and director of sales, having taken over that role in 2019, according to his LinkedIn profile. Before that, he was vice president and general sales manager for the group. Earlier in his career, he was a local sales manager at WNYW, the Fox-owned station in New York. He also worked in both local and national sales at WTTG, the FTS property in Washington, D.C., as well as an account executive starting in 2000.
