ABC News is using a shortened form of its “Your Voice, Your Vote” election branding for its upcoming coverage of the 2026 midterms.
The “Vote 2026: The Midterm Elections” logo has been appearing on the network’s broadcast and digital properties in the days leading up to Nov. 3, 2026.
It does not appear, however, that the network has completely abandoned the wordier “Your Voice, Your Vote” branding completely, however. Instead, that name still appears in select spots before switching to the shorter version, so it’s possible that’s still being used as a sort of umbrella brand to house all election-related coverage.
For the “Vote 2026” branding, the network has designed an updated logo featuring the distinctive geometric sans serif it often uses for its news branding and special coverage.
This font features distinctive diagonals on the ends of many of its horizontal strokes, including three on the “E” which, thanks to its use in words such as “vote,” “midterm” and “election,” is probably most familiar to viewers.
The “V” in “Vote” has been further customized with a higher right diagonal intended to make it look more like a checkmark.
The “Vote 2026” lockup also includes the network’s distinctive star icon with a blue upper left and striped lower right. Designs also typically include horizontal lines above and below these elements. These are often used to help tie sub-branding or local station logos into the overall layout.

In addition to the midterm-centric design, versions with only “Election Night” have also been seen in the wild.
ABC News did not respond to requests for comment on its branding so NCS has been unable to confirm the exact branding strategy the network is using.
