2013 Set Refresh

The project’s limited budget wouldn’t allow for the creation of an entirely new broadcast environment from the ground up.

By working with the framework of the existing set, Solomon Group was able provide a sleek and contemporary “refresh” of the environment that was cost-effective. This value-engineered approach reduced costs as well as the amount of time that the station’s main set was off the air.

As a further cost-cutting measure, Soloman Group used as many of the existing set’s monitors as possible in the new design, while adding more video displays to the environment as requested.
