“What Just Happened??! with Fred Savage” parodies the after-show format, such as “Talking Dead” or “After Trek,” exploring the fandom surrounding the fake television show-within-a-show “The Flare.”
The half-hour hybrid comedy/talk show features multiple segments, including authentic sit-down celebrity interviews, set visits to “The Flare” and interviews with the “cast,” as well as discussions with fans and more.
“What Just Happened??!” is hosted by Fred Savage and debuted on Fox on June 30, 2019. Filmed at Chatsworth Studio, the show includes a live studio audience and band.
