The late news team at KTSM-TV, the NBC affiliate in El Paso, Texas, used the newscast’s 10 p.m. closing shot to have a little bit of fun.

After saying their respective goodbye on a straight-on four shot, the director cut to an off-axis shot of the set as, in almost perfect unison, all four struck a pose.

One of the anchors, Stephania Jimenez, also produced the newscast, so she had an inside track on making the small prank possible.

Jimenez uploaded a screen grab of the shot as her Facebook cover photo, one of the more creative uses of this space we’ve seen.
