First look at new Weather Channel graphics?

A video has surfaced on YouTube that appears to show new graphics that will begin rolling out this November on The Weather Channel.

NewscastStudio has not been able to independently verify the authenticity of the video.

If these are indeed the new look, it represents a major shift for the network towards simple, clean and modern design.

Using some of the design language presents in Windows 8 and the new iOS, the graphics use thin fonts, neutral colors and simple icons.

We’ll see next month if this holds to be true…
