CBC teases Rio Olympic set design

The 2016 Summer Olympics are quickly approaching, which means networks are scrambling to finalize each piece of their coverage.

CBC, the Canadian broadcaster for the games, shared this first look at its set design from AKA Creative Group which features a floor pattern accent that reflects Rio’s iconic side-walk mosaic designs.

CBC’s studio space will include views of Barra Olympic Park with multiple looks for each broadcast and a 360 degree desk area.

Both CBC and Radio-Canada will share the same set design, but with slightly different views of the park, ensuring consistency for viewers.
