As frigid winter weather hits much of the United States, The Weather Channel has geared up its coverage under the banner “Frozen America.”
As of Wednesday morning, the channel is focusing its coverage on winter storm Grayson.
Grayson is the seventh named storm of the season using the Weather Channel’s self-created system of naming winter storms much like hurricanes and tropical storms, though the Weather Channel’s names aren’t officially recognized outside of the network itself.
