Similar to its U.S. counterparts, ITV’s “Good Morning Britain” is making use of video walls to help explain the potential impact of Hurricane Florence.
Beginning in the set’s “Media Wall” area, which mixes horizontal displays on different planes, meteorologist Laura Tobin explained the overall threat of Hurricane Florence while comparing the data points with the size of the United Kingdom to provide perspective to viewers.
From there, Tobin did a walk-and-talk to the set’s large LED video array to show the potential storm surge, using the display’s height to illustrate the impact of rising water and past hurricanes.
