Mosomos Industries created a promo for NBC’s summer series “Making It” that combines stop action style animation to create a decidedly crafty look.
The spot begins with a “3…2…1…go” countdown, which each number and letter created using a variety of crafting objects.
Viewers are then taken through a series of “box portals” that showcase additional crafting supplies arranged in colorful, eye catching ways.
The final portal reveals a handmade, mechanical structural sculpture before showcasing hosts Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman set inside of an additional collage of craft supplies (Poehler also gets a mini “crown”).
“Making It” premieres July 31, 2019 at 10 p.m. eastern.
