‘Hoda & Jenna & Friends’ look extended to other three days of the week

The new, angular and brighter color palette NBC News introduced for the Thursday and Friday editions of “Today with Hoda & Jenna” has become the show’s new official look.

The twice weekly shows, which are informally branded as “Today with Hoda & Jenna & Friends” and originate from Studio 6A, the former home of “Megyn Kelly Today,” in front of a live studio audience, debuted Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, with an updated color scheme and open.

In addition to changing to a red-orange to pink to violet gradient, the new open also included a more angular design.

Now, the Monday through Wednesday editions have been updated with the new open and color tweaks.

When the show debuted in April 2019, the show introduced the new logotype but used a light pink, teal and violet color scheme and had a boxier open.

On the Monday to Wednesday open, the announce also uses the hosts’ full names, rather than just the first names used on its first  Thursday and Friday audience shows.
