Located at the South Street Seaport development on Pier 17, this studio debuted with the launch of ESPN morning show “Get Up” on April 1, 2018.
Studio 1 is the larger of two studios at the facility, measuring 3,900 sq. ft., serving both “Get Up” and “ESPN NBA Countdown” “Countdown” utilized the studio for the spring 2017 NBA games, returning to Los Angeles in fall 2018, before returning back to New York City in 2019.
The studio includes windows overlooking the East River which can be hidden with a 30×8 foot LED video wall.
Studio 2 houses “Around the Horn” and “First Take.”
