CNN ‘projection’ stinger too much of a good thing

The stinger animation and sound effect CNN plays each time a projection is announced seems too long. When CNN called South Carolina (several minutes after NBC News), Wolff Blitzer started talking and then had to wait to announce the news while the effect finished playing. It will be interesting to see if CNN drops this later if a breaking call comes in.
