The Weather Channel has updated its desktop app to include a new user interface that takes major cues from its recently-updated iPad app.

The new app also integrates more lifestyle-oriented content, reports Media Post, such as pollen counts and flu information. The app also adds souped-up interactive maps and video selections.

The app joins other recent launches from the Weather Channel, including one for the Amazon Fire.
