Katie Couric tweets set photos

Kaite Couric tweeted a collage of photos of the set of her upcoming talk show Friday.

“Big unveiling!! Look at our beautiful studio-can’t thank the #Katie staff & crew enough!!” she tweeted along with the photo.

The bottom two photos show the set in an unlit state, making it appear a bit dull. The top photo, however, shows how the lighting makes a big difference in the set.

Although it’s difficult to tell how the set will look overall from these narrow shots, it does appear the set is drawing cues from the fresh blue color found in the “Katie” logo, with the addition of purples and pale tans and yellows.

The set also appears to have a video wall and makes use of multiple layered, floating textured panels.
