San Francisco station KTVU-TV has reportedly fired three veteran producers over an incident where the station aired racist names purportedly belonging to the crew of Asiana Flight 214.

Roland DeWolk, Cristina Gastelu and Brad Belstock were all let go Wednesday. In addition, noon news producer Elvin Sledge announced he was leaving for health reasons.

Belstock, pictured above, tweeted “Oh sh*t” shortly after the gaffe aired. His Twitter account (@ProducerBB) appears to have been deleted.

The incident spurred a parody video as well as requests from KTVU-TV to have the raw video of the incident removed from online video sites. The clip was originally pulled from YouTube after a copyright complaint from the station, but that removal was challenged and reversed, citing fair use.
