Chicago ABC ‘missteps’ with OTS

Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel is apparently being called out for some sort of scandal involving footwear.

WLS-TV, the market’s ABC O&O, aired an OTS proclaiming Emanuel is part of “Misconduct Sandal.”

What, exactly, a sandal has to do with politics isn’t clear, unless someone is playing footsie under the table at city council meetings…
