West Palm Beach station unveils storm tracking vehicle

WPEC, Sinclair’s CBS affiliate in West Palm Beach, Florida, has hit the road with Storm Tracker 12 its new weather tracking vehicle.

The vehicle, a modified pickup truck, is equipped with 6 high definition cameras and mobile radar unit.

Its livery is a bold mix of blue and red imagery that blends lightening strikes and radar imagery.
