Baltimore CBS to debut new studio in August

WJZ, the CBS O&O in Baltimore, Maryland, will debut a new set design on August 9, 2018.

From Broadcast Design International, the studio upgrade follows the standard look that has been rolling out to other CBS O&O stations across the country, including KCBS in Los Angeles, WCBS in New York City and WBBM in Chicago.

WJZ is teasing the launch on its Facebook page with a darkened header image showing the new set and the 8/9/18 date. In the image, a monitor wall can be seen along with an interview area.
