NBC’s Left Field ‘draws’ time zone explainer

NBC News Left Field has released a mixed reality video using Google Tilt Brush that attempts to explain the origins of time zones and the connection to Daylight Saving Time, which ends Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018.

Left Field is NBC’s “digital video social project.”

The same technique was also used to explain why “23” is a key number for Democrats in Tuesday’s midterm elections.
