Gray TV gets new logo

GrayLogoAtlanta based Gray Television has a new logo that’s decidedly different from the muted one might expect from its name.

Indeed, there’s not a hint of gray (the color, that is) in the logo — instead arched segments in bright primary colors are position to form the letter “G” while the company’s name is in a casual typeface set in all lowercase letters.

The logo is a big improvement of the group’s previous logo:


The new, super colorful and less corporate looking logo is similar to the logo fellow media company Meredith introduced in 2009.
