‘Unguarded’ recolors ‘New Day’ purple

“Unguarded” debuted Friday night from a familiar spot at CNN HQ in New York City.
Making use of the “New Day” digs, the show recolored the bricks with some purple lighting and added a few structural “sports” elements.
The lights were also dimmed, creating a more dramatic and pronounced effect for host Rachel Nichols.
This is the first reuse of the “New Day” studio.
We’ll see what else begins using this location, as CNN moves away from the dated Communications Center.
