Pesky lower thirds turn Olympic swimming shots risqué

Buzzfeed has an entertaining roundup of screen grabs where the placement of lower thirds over Olympic swimmers end up creating “accidental censorship.”
In the shots, which are taken from the international feeds provided to networks, the Olympic Broadcasting Services’ lower thirds end up falling right on top of swimmers’ groins — making it look like they are meant to cover up something naughty.
Of course, the athletes are actually clothed — albeit barely.
