Networks go glitzy for New Year’s Eve

Over on Fox News, Kennedy and Jesse Watters took over on the network’s “All American New Year” special, which includes gold textured letters with a background of lighter blues and violets and accented with ribbons, confetti and bokeh light effects. 

The network retained the normal graphics package it debuted in September 2017 â€” with a matching strip along the bottom of the lower third.

The bug, which was also updated in September, had a crystal ball in place of the “O” in “Fox” as well as splashes of light in the field of blue behind it.
