CNN’s suicide town hall accents darkness with awareness ribbon colors

Following its normal approach of broadcasting town halls from a darkened space, CNN discussed the somber topic of suicide by accenting the space with teal and violet accents.
Inspired by the the suicide awareness ribbon that blends violet with blue, teal or turquoise, CNN looked to this color scheme to create a wraparound background for its “Finding Hope: Battling America’s Suicide Crisis” town hall event.
