7 studios leading the way with LED video technology

LED video panels are becoming increasingly popular on TV news sets across the country — but there are some standout uses of this technology in broadcast design.
From unique designs that curve with the set design to local stations on the leading edge, here are some of the ones leading the way.
1. KABC
The set for ABC O&O KABC in Los Angeles from Broadcast Design International, which debuted in 2015, includes a massive seamless LED wall behind the anchor desk. The panel is a Primeview 2.5 mm full video LED display that creates a 22-foot wide seamless image.
