The open space in front of the new video wall has, in many ways, become a larger “production area” — and was used for a Kelly Clarkson performance Feb. 26.
During this performance, products took full advantage of the color changing technology — making the header element a rich tone that coordinated with the looping background graphic fed to the video wall.
The logo installation matched the horizontal bars found on the video wall, with bands changing from colored to white to match the flow of the animation.
In addition to performances, the new video wall is also used by Al Roker to showcase a series of weather maps, as well as “coming up” graphics.
